• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for returns.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a  replacement at no extra cost for that you have to make proper video evidence.
